About
In February of 2026, an idea was placed into the minds of our founders by the Holy Spirit. The thought was simple: how can we create a meaningful offering to the beggars, and how can we make them feel seen, like Jesus did?
On Ash Wednesday, they decided to dedicate every day of Lent toward the growth of this project. They hand-made, hand-delivered, and reached out to companies and friends, hoping for the project to make a real impact in their community.
Now, we ask for your help to expanding this project even further.
“Whenever I saw a person on the street, I would never know what to say or do. Should I avoid eye contact and mind my own business, or should I give them spare change in the hopes that they would use it wisely? Neither option felt right to me. I prayed for weeks, asking God to help me resolve this internal conflict.
One day, I came across a woman standing near a stoplight I would pass daily. I had never seen this woman before, and I felt as if she had been placed on this very street, at this very hour, just for me. I didn’t have anything but a few dollars to offer her, and as I rolled down my window to hand over my meek offering, I heard her singing. She was worshiping God, while she was in a situation that many would curse and blame Him for. I told her that I hoped she would get out of this life, and she told me not to worry. ‘God’s got me’, she said. I never saw her again, but in that moment, I knew that God was actively working in both of our lives.”
